Financial intermediary websites 'have far to go'

The most user-friendly intermediary financial websites in Europe still have much to do to attract clients, according to a survey by kasina, the e-business strategy firm.

When asked to choose their top 10 intermediary websites, financial advisors did so with reservations. They have often found sites and their information hard to access due to excessive amounts of data and confusing site paths. They demanded more from sites such as tools for comparing different funds.
