In the wake of a surge in protests supporting the Black Lives Matter movement, senior financial services executives have thrown their weight behind the cause, while banks and fund managers have donated millions in the aim of improving racial diversity.

But what about their own organisations? With few black executives in the City, and a small proportion of talent in the ranks, will the latest movement prompt real change? We want to hear your views.
