Credit rating agency Fitch has been dealt a blow by the resignation of Shiva Dustdar, the highly-regarded analyst who spearheaded its high yield effort in Europe.

Dustdar, who has been a director at Fitch since 1999, is to take time out to study for an MBA. Fitch does not have an immediate successor lined up.
