While the City of London’s attention was fixed on the UK Budget on Wednesday, the government was also releasing another publication aimed at the finance sector – a 70-page report outlining measures needed to ensure the country becomes a global leader in fintech.

Chancellor George Osborne had last summer vouched to help make the UK a world leader in financial innovation and commissioned a study into what was needed to make that happen.
