The shadow of the global financial crisis is shrinking with every year that passes, and yet job security, confidence and optimism about the prospects for finance appear to be waning.

A combination of reduced pay packets, growing pressure caused by regulation and the rise of technology firms have contributed to the malaise, FN's 2015 City Job Satisfaction Survey has found.
