A former KPMG director who left the City after being caught up in a probe into tax offences has returned in an investment role after all charges against him were dismissed.
Patrick McCoy led KPMG's investment advice and fiduciary management oversight teams for almost a decade but left in late 2015 after Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs named him as one of 10 people charged with conspiring to cheat it out of tax revenues.
