Analysts at Fortis Bank are the most accurate in predicting the earnings forecasts of Europe's 100 largest companies.

The forecast rankings in the third quarter, according to AQ Publications, found that Fortis Bank scored the highest accuracy quotient (AQ) of 21 firms acting as pan-European brokers in seven markets. Fortis top score knocks Merrill Lynch down to second from first last quarter.
