Andrea Favaloro has left his role as global head of sales and marketing at Generali Investments as the company announced changes at the top of the firm, FN has learned.

Generali Investments is the asset management division of Generali Group, one of Italy's biggest insurers, and manages €455 billion. Yesterday, it announced Tim Ryan, a former head of AllianceBernstein's London operations, had become chairman of its asset management division. The role was in addition to that of group investments chief, which he took on in December.
