Global Fund Analysis (GFA), an independent hedge fund research firm and part of the London-based Fortune Group, has appointed Stuart Martin as a senior portfolio advisor.

Martin joins GFA from State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) where he led the firm's market neutral European equity strategy as a senior portfolio manager for three years. At SSgA, he also contributed to the research effort to enhance the models underpinning the funds.
