Goldman Sachs's top UK employees were paid an average of $4.7 million in 2013, flat with the year before, according to data released by the investment bank on Tuesday.

In a filing, the Wall Street firm said it paid 121 investment bankers, investment managers and those performing control functions a total of $571 million. That was broken down into $193.6 million in cash and about $2.1 million in restricted stock, which was valued at $377 million based on Goldman's share price of $177.26 at the end of last year.
