Hawkpoint Partners, the corporate finance firm, has hired Nadim Barouki, an executive director at UBS Warburg, as a managing director in its French office.

Barouki had been at UBS Warburg in Paris for two years. Before that he spent 17 years at Banque Paribas, where he was global head of the capital goods sector.
