A Supreme Court decision Monday means the contentious Sarbanes-Oxley legislation lives to see another day

"Sarbox" lives to see another day.

Opponents of the contentious Sarbanes-Oxley overhaul, passed in the wake of the Enron and WorldCom accounting scandals, had hoped a case brought against the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board might gut the act. Or at the least that it would force Congress to re-examine the legislation, providing an opportunity to defang it.
