Two of Henderson Global Investors' most senior executives are stepping down from its board ahead of its merger with Janus Capital of the US.

Roger Thompson and Phil Wagstaff, the chief financial officer and head of sales at Henderson Global Investors, are to step down one level to the combined company's executive committee, Henderson said in a statement late yesterday, March 20.
