Private equity firm HgCapital has priced Manx Telecom, becoming one of only a handful of buyout firms to use London’s junior AIM market in recent years.

In a statement today, the firm said it would list Manx Telecom, a telecoms operator based in the Isle of Man, on London's Alternative Investment Market, with completion of the listing expected on February 10.
