HSBC has promoted 22 of its City staff to managing director, including its chief UK economist and a trio from its leveraged and acquisition financing team, in the UK bank’s latest round of promotions.
The new UK MDs are among 59 staff around the world who were named managing directors in HSBC's latest round of promotions, which was communicated to staff at the bank in a March 31 memo.
