The head of corporate finance at M&G Investments is set to retire after waving the flag for better corporate governance standards for 44 years.

Huw Jones will be replaced by Rupert Krefting, who will join M&G in March from broking firm Numis Securities, where he is a director of corporate broking and advisory, according to a February 16 statement.
