IMS, a UK multi-management firm, is teaming up with former employees of one of the world's biggest multi-managers for an assault on the European market.

IMS is going into partnership with XS-Investments, an Amsterdam multi-manager co-founded last year by Oscar Pesch and Marlene Stam, who formerly worked at Russell Investment Group.
