Independent Trustee Services, a division of employee benefits firm Jardine Lloyd Thompson, has appointed Shona Goulds as a principal consultant.

Goulds will assist in the continued growth of ITS, which provides trustee and forensic pension services to the insolvency and business recovery professions. Previously, Goulds worked for the City of London law firm Richards Butler's trusteeship subsidiaries as a trusteeship officer, responsibile for a portfolio of pension schemes covering the whole arena of both solvent and insolvent wind-ups.
