Janus Henderson, the $330bn London-based fund manager, is among a group of firms giving UK students the chance to experience life as a chief executive for a day.

The global initiative is being run by headhunter Odgers Berndtson, which today revealed the line-up of 21 firms taking part in the UK in 2017. They include Janus Henderson, which was recently formed through the tie-up between UK-based Henderson Group and US-headquartered Janus Capital Group and is now co-led by Andrew Formica and Dick Weil.
