Jefferies has hired Barclays head of European leveraged finance in the latest senior dealmaker to join the US investment bank.

Tim Kerry is joining Jefferies as co-head of leveraged finance in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a person familiar with the matter. He will lead the team alongside Bala Ramesh, who was recently promoted to also head up the bank’s Emea debt capital markets team.
