Jefferies fills vacant consumer banking role in Europe

US bank ends seven-month search for permanent replacement to Andrew Bracey, who left last year to join online grocer Ocado

Jefferies, the US investment bank which is advising Ocado on its proposed London listing, has hired a new European head of consumer investment banking to replace Andrew Bracey, who left last year to join the online grocer.

The US bank has named Robert Foster, who previously led European retail sector coverage at Morgan Stanley, as European head of consumer investment banking, based in London. Foster previously worked at UBS.
