JP Morgan has promoted Ina De, co-head of equity capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and one of the most influential women in European finance, to jointly lead its UK investment banking business.

She will become co-head of UK investment banking alongside Conor Hillery, who was most recently head of JP Morgan's UK financial institutions group, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
