JP Morgan has named a new head of corporate banking in Europe, the Middle East and Africa after the banker who had been in the role announced his move to Santander.

In a memo sent to JP Morgan staff on February 21, Viswas Raghavan, the bank's head of banking for Emea and deputy head for the region, said Jose Linares, head of Emea corporate banking since 2011 and a 17-year JP Morgan employee, is moving to become head of wholesale banking at Santander.
