JPMorgan chief: Young workers’ productivity slipped at home – especially Mondays and Fridays

JPMorgan’s investment banking rivals Goldman Sachs and Citigroup are also starting to bring staff back to the office following months of enforced working from home triggered by the coronavirus pandemic

JPMorgan chief executive Jamie Dimon said productivity among its staff slipped while they were working from home, with younger workers especially affected.

The bank said output was noticeably lower on Mondays and Fridays, according to a note from boutique investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW) following a meeting with Dimon, Bloomberg reported.
