JPMorgan has promoted a long-serving dealmaker to co-head of its M&A team in Europe.

Cassander Verwey, who is currently the Wall Street bank’s head of investment banking for the Netherlands, has been named co-head of M&A in Europe, the Middle East and Africa alongside Dwayne Lysaght, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
