Bank of America hires former Deutsche Bank trader El-Wahab in senior derivatives role

A senior trader who left banking for angel investing three years ago has returned to the sector with a role at Bank of America.

Kal El-Wahab has joined the US bank as head of derivatives trading within its rates unit in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will report into Snigdha Singh, who was promoted co-head fixed income, currencies and commodities within the region in December.
