KPMG UK and Switzerland partners approve $4.4bn merger

New firm is set to be the second-largest in the KPMG network

KPMG UK and KPMG Switzerland partners have voted in favour of merging the two firms. 

The newly merged business will have revenue of $4.4bn and will stretch across audit, legal, tax and advisory.
