KPMG’s five-storey private members’ club at 20 Grosvenor Street is sitting empty after the Big Four auditor failed to find a tenant in a search that's lasted nearly 18 months.

Costing nearly £5m in rent per year, the building hosts 40,000 square feet of prime London real estate. The club shut in March 2020 and has not reopened, a KPMG spokesperson said.
