Arjun Sethi first dipped his toe into crypto after the developer of the mobile messaging app he founded, MessageMe, showed him how to mine bitcoin from his desktop. It was 2012 and bitcoin was trading at only a few dollars.

Two years later, California-born Sethi began investing in digital assets himself.
