Lastminute plans March listing

The UK internet company Lastminute.com, which sells travel and gifts at the last minute, has announced plans for a dual listing in March, reports the Financial Times.

It is expected to be valued at around £400m. Ananlysts regard the site so highly because it has strong brand recognition and is one of the few online business models to come from Europe and not the US.
