Lazard’s head of UK technology, media and telecoms has driven a strong week for the advisory firm, leading its work on two cross-border tech takeovers and giving it a boost in the rankings.

Cyrus Kapadia, who is also Lazard's deputy head of UK investment banking, led the firm's work advising Cambridge-based chip designer ARM Holdings on its agreed £24 billion takeover by Japanese tech company SoftBank, announced on July 18.
