Liquidnet favours Dublin outpost as it plans for Brexit

Liquidnet, the trading network for fund managers founded by Wall Street technology entrepreneur Seth Merrin, is leaning towards opening an office in Dublin as it moves ahead with its Brexit plans.

The New York-based firm, founded in 2001 to help fund managers trade large chunks of stock without moving market prices against them, wants to ensure it can continue to serve clients in the European Union once the UK leaves the bloc.
