Credit Suisse's UK chief executive and European public policy head have joined the list of senior executives revealed this week to have resigned from the Swiss lender.
Lisa Rabbe, Credit Suisse's head of public policy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa has left, while former Dresdner Kleinwort banker Garrett Curran is set to depart in February.
