London’s Aquis mulls Pisces private stock market

London’s challenger stock exchange Aquis is considering launching a trading venue for private company shares under the UK government’s Pisces regime.

In his first interview since becoming chief executive in February, David Stevens told Financial News that Aquis has not ruled out applying to become an operator of a Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System.
