Greenhill & Co’s London-based co-head of European corporate advisory, Luca Ferrari, is among three managing directors who have left the US advisory firm, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Ferrari left Greenhill on October 26, according to the person, who added that Carl-Georg Bauer-Schlichtegroll, who focused on financial institutions, and Jacob Spens, who helped launch the firm's Stockholm office, have also left.
