Ex-BlackRock equities manager pleads guilty to insider dealing

Mark Lyttleton, a former portfolio manager at BlackRock, today pleaded guilty to two counts of insider dealing at a hearing held at London's Southwark Crown Court.

The Financial Conduct Authority said in a statement that the 45 year-old former equities manager will be sentenced on December 21. Insider dealing carries a sentence of up to seven years.
