Marlborough Stirling, the UK-based software systems provider, has promoted Graham Coxell as managing director to steer its next new phase of growth.

Coxell's main task is to manage the company during a period of global expansion, when it opens up European markets, making strategic acquisitions, extending its products and services and planning for a potential future flotation.
