The government could "seriously damage" the UK economy by pursuing a Brexit that neglects the needs of financial and professional services firms, the mayor of London will say today.

Sadiq Khan, who will address parliament's Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee today, said in a statement ahead of his appearance that Prime Minister Theresa May has "her priorities all wrong" in pursuing an exit from the European Union that "focuses just on goods, at the expense of services".
