Medicines watchdog finds Covid jabs are safe with ‘mild and short-lasting’ side effects

The data showed the vast majority of reported side effects and are similar to those found with the seasonal flu vaccine

A major study of side effects reported by those who have received Covid-19 vaccinations in the UK has found that any ill effects are “mild and short lasting” and has confirmed the safety of the shots.

Over 10 million doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech and Oxford University/AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in the UK.
