Mellon Financial Corporation is reorganising its senior management positions in a move that makes Jack Klinck head of its European operations as well as executive director of Mellon Global Securities Services International.

Klinck, who is executive vice president and head of corporate strategy and development, is moving to London and will head Mellon Europe.
