Software company Micrologica has become the first Neuer Markt company to call in the receivers in 2001, just weeks after the German high-growth market expelled its first company.
A German court appointed a temporary official receiver on Tuesday as Micrologica applied for insolvency due to "imminent illiquidity", according to a Micrologica statement.
