Mid Europa Partners is selling Czech television and radio broadcaster Radiokomunikace, with preliminary bids expected in the first half of October, two people familiar with the situation said Friday.

"[Mid Europa] is distributing the information memorandum now," said a Warsaw-based investment banker familiar with the matter. "They have been in touch with investors."
