Emerging markets veteran Mark Mobius has called the apparent murder of dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi a “game changer” for investors in Saudi Arabia, as pressure intensifies on the country to reveal the full details surrounding his death.

Mobius, the asset management veteran, is deciding whether or not to invest money in the kingdom through his new venture Mobius Capital Partners, which he launched in May after a 30-year career at Franklin Templeton.
