Moelis asks bankers to work in the office five days a week in hybrid shift

Boutique Moelis & Co has asked its employees to come into the office five days a week in the latest investment bank to tighten its hybrid policy.

The investment bank, which has around 1,300 staff, has told employees that it expects them to be in the office five days a week from May, according to people familiar with the matter. A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the move.
