Moelis & Co, the boutique investment bank founded by top US banker Ken Moelis, has hired the co-head of Morgan StanleyâÂÂs investment banking coverage group as its general counsel ahead of an expansion into Europe.
Peter Vogelsang, a lawyer with over 20 years experience, will join Moelis & Co in two months as the bank ramps up its growth plans, which include expanding into Europe.
