Nathaniel Rothschild has withdrawn his lawsuit against controversial German financier Lars Windhorst and his investment group Tennor International, seven months after filing it with London’s high court.

Lord Rothschild filed the lawsuit against Windhorst and Tennor International in January over an alleged debt default.

The lawsuit, which concerned an alleged debt default, was filed with the high court in London at the start of 2025
