Frédéric Jolly has been promoted by Frank Russell Company to fill the new position of managing director, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to this new appointment Jolly was managing director of Continental Europe, where he was a key player in setting up a joint venture between Frank Russell and Société Générale.
