Nomura Securities has bolstered its hedge fund and securities financing capabilities with two new hires.

Antony Reeves joins the Japanese house from HSBC Investment Bank as a director in hedge fund sales and James Takeshi Sugahara joins from Goldman Sachs as director in equity finance sales. Both men will be based in New York.
