Old Mutual will raise $271 million from its sale of shares in its New York-listed asset management subsidiary, Old Mutual Asset Management, it said today, pricing the share sale two days after announcing it.

The public offering of thirteen million shares, plus six million more that are being privately repurchased by Old Mutual Asset Management, at $14.25 a share is expected to close on December 19, the company said in a statement.
