French buyout firm PAI Partners appears to have emerged unscathed from its controversial restructuring last year after winning investors’ praises for a “transparent” and “humble” annual general meeting yesterday.

PAI, which yesterday held its first AGM since it dramatically changed its top management and halved its fund, ran a "very smooth" event, according to an investor. However, another investor said the firm still had "a lot to prove".
